What is the Theyseek.com/waldo.php?

Theyseek.com/waldo.php is a "pixel ad" website. Everyone is welcome to buy pixels on our homepage. When you purchase pixels, you are granted the right to place your own pixel ad in the space that you request if it is available. A pixel ad consists of a graphic image, tooltip text, and a website link.

How much does it cost?
